Shipping Policy
Delivery lead time:
- Within Dhaka City: within 2days from the order date
- Outside Dhaka: within 7days from the order Date
In case of pandemic, violations, political crisis, natural disaster like flood, cyclone etc. delivery lead time may be extendable.
Delivery Charge:
- Within Dhaka City:
- Up to 1 KG: Taka 50/- Only
- Above 1KG: Min 50+ 3Paisa will be added for each one gram, but maximum delivery charge will be Tk. 300/-
- Outside Dhaka:
- Up to 1 KG: Tk. 130/- Only
- Above 1KG: Min 130 + 3 Paisa will be added for each one gram, but maximum delivery charge will be Tk. 1000/-
Policy for Seller:
- Product must be delivered within 30 Hours from order time
- Product must be sent to airDeal Warehouse or airDeal’s certified nearest Logistic Partner’s Hub
- If any product picked by airDeal, a charge 15/- will be deducted from seller account.
- Seller must not share any contact information on packaging or leveling
- Seller must buy applicable packing materials from airDeal and keep a reasonable stock
- Seller must use airDeal’s packing materials for delivery.
- Seller must deliver same product as per order in all shorts like, Size, Color, Flavor, Brand etc.
